  • Ideology

We are passionate about our work and dedicated to produce excellent design. As architects and designers, we understand the concepts and details of all design disciplines. Creation of lighting design solutions is rooted in architectural concepts and clients’ goals. The result is based on collective input by the entire design team and client. We welcome new challenges and enjoy the exploration and research of unique ideas, approaches and materials, our solutions are environmentally friendly and economically conscious. We have no preconceived beliefs about what works and we seek solutions that best capture identity of the project. Feedback from the client and architect allows us to constantly review the design process delivering a solution that merges aesthetics and functionality.

  • Services

We begin our design process through communication at early stages of a project offering a full scope of services from schematic design through to the construction phase. Understanding of the clients’ requirements and architects’ vision, results in a conception of lighting schemes. Lighting ideas are communicated through a series of sketches, renderings, and images. Upon feedback from all parties we produce lighting plans, lighting details, renderings, lighting equipment specifications, illumination calculations, energy density assessment, maintenance strategies and lighting equipment cost estimates. Mock-ups allow us to explore visual qualities of light sources and their impact on materials and surroundings.

In the final stages of the project we review all shop drawings, inspect the installation on-site, supervise the aiming of the fixtures, and perform the snagging inspection to assure the project is complete per design intent and specifications.
